TERMS OF BUSINESS Net Services International ("NSI") operates The Money Shop and provides services to its customers under the following terms and conditions:- The customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The customer accepts responsibilty for the accuracy of any copy/information submitted for publication and undertakes to indemnify NSI in the event of any claims made against it as a result of any inaccuracy. Invoices for site advertising/space rental will be submitted on receipt of a space order. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Advertising for which accounts are not paid by the due date will removed from the site, and will incur a replacement charge. Should the customer wish to remove their entry or entries from a site during the agreed contract period then no refunds can be given. The customer agrees not to provide any information for publication, or data intended for subsequent distribution via the Internet, that breaches any known copyrights or any international law or any data files containing computer viruses and the customer undertakes to indemnify NSI in the event of any claim in respect of the above. NSI shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations or service arising from industrial disputes or any cause beyond the reasonable control of NSI, and NSI shall also not be liable for any consequential loss or damage occasioned by the interruption or disturbance of service from any cause whatsoever.
